WORKSHOP ON MULTIBAGGERS D01M11Y2014

Dear Investors, Friends and Fellow travelers!!

This is to inform that I have been conducting workshops with FOCUS on "multibaggers". These are one-day workshops.

The objective of this workshop is to help a small investor(with some basic knowledge about stock market) to start with "few lakhs" and "make a few crores" in a time horizon of 6 - 8 years with a practical, sensible, disciplined and do-able approach.

During this workshop, you will learn how to:

How to find a potential multibagger ?

How to derive maximum benefit from a multibagger ?
How to avoid making mistakes with cheap stocks of poor quality companies ?
How can multibaggers be a game changer in your life ?

Think about it....

Do you want to learn "how to fish" for once in life??

Or would you want to waste time and energy, trying to search for means and options, where others should give you fish every single time and where by "you will forever be dependent on some one else"

Be independent. That is the only way you can make it BIG in the stock markets.

Best Regards!!

    1. Dear Sachin,

MVL is a junk stock. That means "high risk" (and sometimes high reward)

I cannot comment further than that.

    1. Dear Ramesh,

Ahmednagar forging; No idea. So cannot comment.

Tanla is an operator driven stock with weak fundamentals and lot of grey areas. I would never buy such stocks.

      Rest, decision is yours.

  5. I purchased MVL based on the info on its site like ongoing projects and area under construction. The boon in the real estate is inevitable. The share price of MVL is on its lowest level like Ybrant digital or Prakash constrowell. So based on these assumptions I purchased 50,000 shares of MVL. Dear Zorba(Sir) what do you say?

    1. Dear Sachin, Let us take one simple aspect.

MVL has a debt of 220 crores. In last 8 quarters there average NP is always in the range of 1 - 2 crores (most of the times less than a crore)

Do you know how much is monthly interest for 220 cr ?

How on earth do you think they will repay the debts ??

Asking such simple questions (and answering them) will indicate whether a company is a good quality company or not ??

      Good luck!!

  6. Sir can you elaborate the results of supreme petrochem ( sales have gone down but pat has increased and opm have also improved )
So lower crude oil prices can benefit the company in the next quarter and as crude is in a downtrend it should help the company ??

Forbes Company – Results aren’t so good but board approved to develop the land in Mumbai . Can it add value to the stock price .
Stock has lot of value in its subsidiaries but how much time will it take to unlock is the question ..

    1. Dear Umang,

In general, Freshtrop looks like a good company.

How ever the business in which they are, is a highly seasonal business.
There fore the quarterly results tend to be erratic.

I prefer staying away from such companies.

      Good luck!!

    1. Dear Paramjeet,

For success in the stock market, it is extremely important to follow a simple rule, "buy low and sell high".

I do not believe in chasing stocks that are moving higher and higher (u never know when or why they will fall)

Neither do I believe in sector-specific approach.

      By simple strategy is:

      1. Find a good company (stock picking)
      2. Buy low sell high

      That's it :-)

      Good luck!!

  23. Nifty future is expected to trade tomorrow on a downside if gives closing below 8425 today. On a broader side, Nifty future is expected to hit 8560-8620 and will consolidate around it till the last of February due to budget session coming at the end of February. Macro-economic numbers are also expected to support this " bull run" story, if global factors remain some what stable or where they are, as of now. Smart trading moves in specific sectors and stocks are advisable. Any harsh movement in oil prices, moves by US Fed on interest rates side, European weakness and LoC (Line of Control) skirmishes are in focus of the analysts
